Gianna Geil is an associate assisting with both litigation and corporate transactional matters. Gianna earned her J.D. at the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she concentrated in Health Law and Policy. Gianna received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Prior to joining Moscone Emblidge & Rubens, Gianna was a transactional associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco.
